Jet Shop Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Jet Shop, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us immediately at Hello@jetshop.in or through our customer service portal with your order details.
• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

1.2. Cancellation After Shipment:

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return instead (see Returns and Refunds section).

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2.2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Clearance items, personalized products, or gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.

2.3. Process for Returns:

• Contact us at Hello@jetshop.in to initiate a return. Provide your order details and reason for return.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2.4. Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2.5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

• If your refund hasn’t been processed after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
